TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & SATURDAYS from 11-7 

We have opened our doors to VENDORS, CRAFTERS, FARMERS, FLEAMARKET SALES, FOOD TRUCKS, YARD SALES, HOME BUSINESS SALES, BUSINESS ADVERTISING, and anyone who wants to sell or advertise their items.

Bring your yard sales, garage sales, crafts, home business, overstock, vendors, food trucks, bake sales, fundraisers or advertising!

Spaces are FREE until 2025. Why free?! We are looking to increase traffic to our location, to help our local entrepreneurs to make money during the best selling season (since they lost their Warren and Niles Fleamarkets!) and to motivate and educate visitors about Recycling! 

INSIDE & OUTSIDE spaces available! Set up begins no earlier than 10am and tear down must be completed no later than 8pm.

Set up as early as 1000. Mandatory Clover overview PROMPTLY at 1045 under Customer Service sign inside to sign a waiver of understanding.  Depart as desired (no requirement to stay the whole time).

There is NO TRASH SERVICE (We are a recycling center and take most CLEAN items, so please be prepared to take it with you if it is not recyclable!)

Microwave/Fridge/Freezer/Toaster Oven available for FREE in the kitchen.
Restroom at back of Clover is under construction, so forgive the look but the toilets work. Hand sanitizer is also provided. Renovation completion expected no later than 01 Dec 2024.

WE ARE A NON-SMOKING CAMPUS!  (Please come prepared to smoke off of our premises.)

Coffee/Ice for one person

For example:  If you would like 2xtables, a heater, power, and free pop/ice all day for one person, it will be a total of $20.
